Hello! As promised, MMDC is coming on Wednesday, July 8th to bring the supplies for packing the Rice Meals. Hopefully, you all might remember that this was going to be a part of our Summer Youth Mission Trip to Lake Louise. Now, Mt. Pleasant First will be hosting this event in four 1.5 hour shifts (12:30, 2:15, 4:00, & 5:45). We’ll be packing over 800 meals which will feed at least 4,800 people! The short shifts will allow us to still pack 800 dinners, keep groups to ten or less people, and maintain proper social distancing! I would like to have at least two youth and one adult helper at each shift. Please look at your calendars for that day and see if you can help out. Mt. Pleasant First will be filling in additional volunteers as needed. Let me know as soon as possible, what shifts will work for you. Please feel free to take two or more shifts. Thank you!
