Block off August 28th, from 9:30 – 2ish for District Conference! This year will be FUN for the whole family. As we get back to being in-person, we are focusing on relationships with our churches. The day starts at 9:30 with a kickball tourney…there will also be:
- a petting zoo
- pony rides
- carnival games
- District Ministry booths
- face painting
- popcorn
- cotton candy
- food trucks
- Kona Ice truck
- a concert
- Dunk the DS fundraiser
- worship from the District VBC this year.
- Voting on district business will also take place as well as socializing and enjoying the beautiful country setting at Swan Valley UMC.
Cost is $5 for 19 and older. Cost includes all food, drink and activities EXCEPT For the Dunk the DS fundraiser (you really, really don’t want to miss this). Balls are $2 each or 3 for $5.
