Information regarding Fall 2025 Church/Charge/Circuit Conferences was emailed to all Pastors, Church Admins, and SPRC Chairs found within the Conference’s BrickRiver database on July 21. Zoom links within calendar invitations for SPRC meetings were also emailed to all Pastors to forward to their leadership as needed. NOTE: Pastors are not to be in attendance at SPRC meetings.
Unless otherwise noted on the form instructions, your church/charge/circuit forms are due 2 weeks prior to your Church Conference (Clergy Evaluation forms are due 2 weeks prior to your SPRC meeting).
